Antique Mahogany Bookcase Circa 1890 of
Chippendale design and made from Georgian mahogany
The upper section probably dating from 1780, with blind fret carved detail to the cornice, the two
doors with attractive moulded detail, and fitted with two shelves, and the base
made some hundred or so years later from Georgian mahogany, and fitted with cupboard with moulded detail to the doors.
possibly the whole piece being reconstructed form a larger Georgian library
