Victorian Burr Walnut Canterbury £1500

Circa 1860 of most beautifully figured burr walnut, with fine pierced fretwork panels, the upper shelf  on turned and spiral incised supports, the serpentine front base fitted with dividers, and a shallow drawer, ref 2155

£1475

Circa 1825 Elegant George IV  Mahogany Canterbury  or fine quality mahogany with dished top and vertical slat compartments for sheet music, or nowadays magazines.  Fitted with a shallow drawer beneath with the original embossed brass handles, and on beautifully turned legs with the original fine brass casters

Victorian Mahogany Duet Stool £780
Maker James Shoolbred, with woolwork embroidered panel to the seat, which lifts to reveal sheet music compartment, lightly carved detail to the side panels and supported on tapering square legs, bearing the makers name Jas. Shoolbred James Shoolbred was a London company manufacturing high quality furniture from the 1870's, and Royal Warrant holders from the mid 1880's.

19th C. Inlaid Mahogany Music Cabinet


Circa 1890, of richly coloured and well figured mahogany, and having satinwood crossbanding with boxwood and ebony line edging, to both the top and the drawers.
